    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise daily construction activities for breakwaters, quay wall rock works, and beach profiling.
    • Lead and coordinate manpower, equipment, and marine plant on site.
    • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
    • Monitor quality, levels, alignment, and productivity of marine works.
    • Coordinate with site engineers, surveyors, and equipment operators.
    • Enforce HSE and marine safety regulations at all times.

    Requirements

    • Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in marine civil projects (breakwater construction, quay wall, beach profiling, etc.).
    • Strong knowledge and experience with budget management, contractual, QHSE process.
