Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems for large-scale energy projects.
• Ensure full compliance with all international and local HSE regulations and standards.
• Lead and manage dedicated HSE teams, fostering a strong and proactive safety culture on site.
• Conduct regular HSE audits, inspections, and detailed risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Thoroughly investigate all incidents, determine root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Provide essential HSE training and awareness programs for all project personnel.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an HSE Manager in the oil & gas or heavy engineering/construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strong interpersonal skills for team and stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex HSE challenges in a dynamic project environment.
• Relevant professional HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Managing Safely).
• Commitment to fostering a proactive, compliant, and continuously improving safety culture.
