Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage new media projects from conception to successful launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Oversee project execution, monitor progress, and manage risks and resources effectively.
- Foster a collaborative environment, mentor team members, and ensure clear communication across all project phases.
- Implement best practices in project management, agile methodologies, and innovation strategies.
- Contribute to the strategic growth of MENA’s new media ecosystem by identifying and nurturing high-potential ventures.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, preferably within new media, IT services, or startup environments.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
