Key Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and help resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and contractors to ensure clear communication.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, plans, and reports.
  • Support the team in achieving project milestones and adhering to deadlines.

Requirements

  • Entry-level experience in project coordination or a related administrative field.
  • Strong organizational and exceptional time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
