Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage software development projects from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Manage project risks and issues, escalating as needed.
• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver projects successfully.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools.
• Experience in the Fintech or related industries is a plus.
