Key Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and closure phases for residential real estate furnishing projects.
- Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee budget and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to prevent delays.
- Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless project delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within residential real estate, interior design, or furnishing sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
