Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and closure phases for residential real estate furnishing projects.
• Manage client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee budget and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and are delivered on time.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to prevent delays.
• Coordinate effectively with design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless project delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within residential real estate, interior design, or furnishing sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
