Job Overview
Vesivek is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead and manage external moisture management and renovation projects for residential properties across Finland. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining excellent client satisfaction.

Vesivek is Finland’s leading company specializing in external moisture management renovations. Annually, they complete over 4000 roof renovations and install more than 15,000 rainwater systems and roof safety products for detached and terraced houses nationwide. Since 2021, Vesivek has also expanded its services to include drainage renovations. The group employs over 700 professionals in Finland and Sweden, with ownership including a fund managed by Finnish private equity investor Sentica Partners and key personnel.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage renovation projects from initial planning through to successful completion.
- Ensure projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear communication channels with all stakeholders and provide regular updates.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience in project management, preferably within the construction or renovation industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully managing diverse teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is highly desirable.
