Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of complex dredging and marine construction projects from inception to successful completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage client relationships and all stakeholder communications, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project objectives.
- Oversee and motivate project teams, including engineers, site staff, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within the dredging or marine construction industry.
- Strong leadership and exceptional team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently and perform well under pressure.
- Familiarity with local regulations and international standards pertinent to construction and marine operations.
