Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for retail and brand space installations.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across design, engineering, and production.
- Ensure timely project delivery while adhering to budget and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Oversee supplier and vendor management to ensure project success.
- Implement efficient project management methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in design, production, or a related field (5+ years).
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Design, Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Strong understanding of retail activations, brand experiences, or event installations.
- Exceptional organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects within a fast-paced, international environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
