In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality ICT solutions and cyber security projects for a diverse client base, including Government Agencies, the Defence & Intelligence Sector, Financial and Professional Service organisations, Healthcare Providers, and Schools throughout Australia. You will ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget, contributing to customer satisfaction and the company’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of ICT and cyber security projects from initiation to closure.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, budget, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and clients.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and internal departments to achieve project goals.
  • Manage project teams, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative working environment.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable extensive experience in project management within the ICT or cyber security sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects for diverse clients, including government and defence.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
