Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage landscaping and contracting projects from conception to completion.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project resources efficiently, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10+ years) as a Project Manager in landscaping or construction, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong leadership, exceptional communication, and superior organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of local regulations, building codes, and industry best practices.
