Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of complex construction and real estate development projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to senior management and investors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably in luxury real estate or large-scale construction.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and market dynamics.
