Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
- Facilitate project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- Manage risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT sector.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with AI-first consulting or software engineering projects is a plus.
