Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient construction.
- Coordinate project activities to comply with all contractual requirements.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of contract requirements and direct preliminary planning.
- Manage resourcing requirements, including staffing and plant.
- Act as the company’s official representative with clients, suppliers, and third-party contractors.
- Monitor performance of suppliers and subcontractors, resolving disputes or substandard performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 20 years of experience overall, with 10 years in managing large-scale EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector in GCC or Middle East countries.
- Strong background in onshore and offshore construction and commissioning.
- Proven success in managing ADNOC or similar client projects in the UAE or GCC.
- Excellent leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and ERP systems.
