Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex Oil & Gas industrial engineering projects from initiation to successful closure.
• Ensure strict adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards for all deliverables.
• Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, and construction personnel.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, and resource allocation.
• Foster strong client relationships and manage effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a Project Manager with significant experience in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Demonstrated understanding of EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project lifecycles.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse, high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Chemical, Civil) or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
