Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex ship hull fitting projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, scope, and objectives, aligning with client requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, across various global regions.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing transparent updates on project status and performance.

Requirements

• Extensive proven experience as a Project Manager in the shipbuilding or maritime industry, with a focus on hull fitting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex, large-scale international projects.
• Strong understanding of shipbuilding processes, marine engineering, and relevant industry standards.
