Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules for data centre construction projects.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate with various multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, M&E, commissioning) to ensure integrated planning.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, resource allocation, and forecasted completion dates.
- Implement and enforce robust project planning methodologies and best practices.
- Assist in critical path analysis and resource leveling to optimize project timelines and efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Planner, ideally within the construction or data centre industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, M&E systems, and commissioning phases.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
