Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules for data centre construction projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose effective corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with various multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, M&E, commissioning) to ensure integrated planning.
  • Prepare detailed reports on project status, resource allocation, and forecasted completion dates.
  • Implement and enforce robust project planning methodologies and best practices.
  • Assist in critical path analysis and resource leveling to optimize project timelines and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Planner, ideally within the construction or data centre industry.
  • Proficiency in project management software such such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, M&E systems, and commissioning phases.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
