Key Responsibilities
- Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Perform risk and value management, and effective cost control throughout project lifecycle.
- Advise on procurement strategy and engage with subcontractors.
- Measure and value work done by contractors and subcontractors.
- Interpret and apply contract conditions and terms, with strong proficiency in Arabic for relevant documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably at a Mid-Senior level, in construction or engineering projects.
- Strong command of both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is essential for this role.
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods, materials, and relevant legal regulations.
- Proficiency in relevant software for estimation and project management.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy.
