Key Responsibilities

- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing project documentation.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, flagging potential issues.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders.
- Support data collection and reporting for project progress.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail.
- Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
