Job Overview
OQNOR Real Estate is hiring a full-time, on-site Property Consultant in Dubai. You’ll work a hot-lead pipeline, advise clients on high-end sales and off-plan investments, and close deals across Dubai’s most sought-after communities. Expect hands-on mentorship, daily marketing/admin support, and a collaborative team culture in Al Barsha Heights—so you can focus on building relationships and smashing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify daily hot leads and manage a high-velocity pipeline via calls, meetings, and site/Showroom visits.
- Advise end-users and investors on off-plan and secondary market opportunities; prepare CMAs and ROI projections.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and drive deals through to signed Form F/MOU and DLD transfer.
- Coordinate with developers, mortgage brokers, and conveyancing to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM; provide weekly forecasts and activity reports.
- Stay on top of community trends, launches, and pricing to spot investment-grade opportunities fast.
Requirements
- Business-minded, positive, “go-for-it” attitude.
- 1–2 years experience in the UAE real estate market.
- RERA certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-service skills.
