Key Responsibilities
- Advise owners and investors on optimal property management and investment strategies.
- Manage and oversee short-term rental properties to ensure high occupancy and guest satisfaction.
- Facilitate real estate brokerage activities, including property sales and leasing.

- Cultivate strong relationships with property owners and investors.

Requirements
- Proven experience in property consulting, real estate, or hospitality management.
- Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market, including RERA and DTCM regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients effectively.
