Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new sales leads within the property sector in Abu Dhabi.
  • Present and demonstrate Mogi I/O’s property-related solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and market trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in property sales or related business development roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
