Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive property valuations for diverse real estate assets (residential, commercial, industrial).
• Perform in-depth market research and analysis to inform and support valuation reports.
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and compliant valuation reports according to international standards.
• Liaise effectively with clients, developers, and financial institutions to gather essential data.
• Stay abreast of current market trends, regulatory changes, and economic indicators impacting property values.
• Provide expert advice and consultation on property valuation matters to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in property valuation, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
• Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent knowledge of real estate market dynamics, valuation methodologies, and local regulations.
• Proficiency in relevant valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
