Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage high-quality proposals that meet client requirements and company standards.

- Analyze tender documents and identify key requirements and success factors.
- Maintain a database of proposal content, case studies, and competitor information.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Proposal Manager or in a similar role within the catering or service industry.
- Strong understanding of proposal development lifecycle and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
