Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of proposal development for transport and infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate with technical teams, business development, and legal departments to gather information.
• Develop persuasive and compliant bid strategies and content.
• Manage proposal schedules, budgets, and submission processes.
• Ensure all proposals reflect WSP’s brand, capabilities, and value proposition.
• Mentor and guide junior proposal staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (10+ years) in proposal management within the transport and infrastructure sector.
• Proven track record of winning large-scale projects through effective proposal writing.
• Strong understanding of engineering and construction project lifecycles.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
