Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of proposal development for transport and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with technical teams, business development, and legal departments to gather information.
- Develop persuasive and compliant bid strategies and content.
- Manage proposal schedules, budgets, and submission processes.
- Ensure all proposals reflect WSP’s brand, capabilities, and value proposition.
- Mentor and guide junior proposal staff as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in proposal management within the transport and infrastructure sector.
- Proven track record of winning large-scale projects through effective proposal writing.
- Strong understanding of engineering and construction project lifecycles.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
