Key Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological support and counseling services to unaccompanied minors.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the needs of vulnerable youth.
  • Assess mental health conditions, identify psychological needs, and develop appropriate intervention plans.
  • Collaborate closely with social workers, educators, and other team members to ensure holistic care and support.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate client records, adhering to professional and ethical standards.
  • Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings to enhance service quality.

Requirements

  • University Degree in Psychology (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
  • Proven experience in providing psychological support to vulnerable populations, preferably children and adolescents.
  • Strong understanding of child protection principles, trauma-informed care, and psychosocial support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and intercultural skills.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work effectively in a demanding, multicultural, and sensitive environment.
