Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of all hotel public areas including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Perform dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing tasks regularly.
- Restock supplies in public restrooms and other designated areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to supervision.
- Adhere to all hotel cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
- Assist guests with inquiries or directions when encountered, demonstrating excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
