Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Demonstrated mid-senior level experience in procurement or consulting.
- Solid understanding of public procurement principles and regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of advising diverse clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
