SEEN MEDIA is hiring a full-time, on-site PR Account Manager (Arabic/English) for a secondment with a leading Dubai government entity in utilities, business, and renewable energy. Embedded at the client office, you’ll drive strategic communications that support Dubai’s sustainability and innovation agenda—owning planning, coordination, and executive counsel across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated PR strategies and campaigns aligned to client objectives.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and stakeholder coordination (agency ↔ client).
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership; ensure message quality and consistency.
• Oversee account operations, timelines, and deliverables across multi-channel programs.

Requirements

• Bilingual Arabic & English (spoken/written) – required.
• 4+ years PR agency experience in the UAE; strong grasp of government communications and regional media.
• Proven multi-project management, attention to detail, and senior-level presentation skills.
• Immediate availability preferred.
