Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery efficiency.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms, and identify new vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment across all dark stores.
- Evaluate product quality and ensure compliance with Fasto’s standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and sales teams for seamless supply chain management.
- Analyze market trends, identify new product opportunities, and expand Fasto’s product offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within the retail, e-commerce, or quick commerce sector.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and rapidly growing startup environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and understanding of supply chain principles.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
