Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all purchasing activities for KYNROCK Hotels & Resorts.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices for goods and services.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal departments.
- Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management to prevent shortages.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Executive or similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
