Key Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase requests and place orders with approved suppliers promptly.
- Verify delivered items against purchase orders, ensuring quantity and quality.
- Record all deliveries, invoices, and credit notes accurately in the system.
- Support weekly and monthly stock counts with accurate data entry.
- Monitor key items and suggest reorders based on consumption patterns.
Requirements
- 2–3 years in purchasing, procurement, or storekeeping within Hospitality or F&B.
- Strong understanding of supplier processes, invoicing, and order cycles.
- Comfortable with inventory systems, Excel, and documentation management.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under time pressure.
