Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare purchase requests and place orders with approved suppliers promptly.
  • Verify delivered items against purchase orders, ensuring quantity and quality.
  • Record all deliveries, invoices, and credit notes accurately in the system.
  • Support weekly and monthly stock counts with accurate data entry.
  • Monitor key items and suggest reorders based on consumption patterns.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years in purchasing, procurement, or storekeeping within Hospitality or F&B.
  • Strong understanding of supplier processes, invoicing, and order cycles.
  • Comfortable with inventory systems, Excel, and documentation management.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately under time pressure.
