Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for various applications.
- Identify, document, and rigorously track software defects and issues through to resolution.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate testing throughout the SDLC.
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on application quality and readiness.
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in Quality Assurance and application testing.
- Proven expertise with various testing methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior testers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a global team environment.
