Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain robust quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout data centre construction projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and regulatory standards.
• Review and approve technical documentation, drawings, and method statements for quality-related aspects.
• Identify and document non-conformities, investigate root causes, and propose effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, compile relevant data, and communicate findings to project stakeholders and management.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, construction, and commissioning teams to foster a culture of quality and ensure high standards are consistently met.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer, preferably with 2+ years in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to interpret complex technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with various project teams and external parties.
