Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain robust quality assurance and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of materials, equipment, and ongoing projects.
  • Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Document all quality issues, track corrective actions, and verify their effective implementation.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to embed quality into every phase of development.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive QA/QC reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Basic understanding of QA/QC principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Finnish is considered a strong asset.
  • A commitment to upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.
