Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain quality assurance and control procedures on site.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests of materials, equipment, and work execution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation, reports, and records.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, national standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions to improve quality.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues and promote best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in QA/QC within the construction or landscaping industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and reporting.
