Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality assurance and quality control inspections on civil construction works.
- Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, national standards, and quality management plans.
- Monitor construction activities for adherence to approved designs, drawings, and procedures.
- Document inspection results, identify non-conformances, and track corrective actions through to completion.
- Collaborate effectively with project teams, contractors, and consultants to proactively resolve quality issues.
- Support the commissioning and handover process by verifying system readiness and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Inspector in civil construction, with a minimum of 5 years.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry-specific quality standards.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical report writing skills.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant certifications in quality control or civil inspection are highly advantageous.
