Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust Quality Assurance and Quality Control plans for construction projects.
- Monitor and inspect all project phases to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Identify and address non-conformance issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare detailed QA/QC reports, documentation, and compliance records.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to foster a culture of quality.
- Conduct regular audits and evaluations of quality management systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager, preferably within the construction or mission-critical sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, standards (e.g., ISO), and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with all stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents.
