Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC strategies and procedures for construction projects.
- Oversee quality control inspections and tests throughout project lifecycles.
- Ensure all construction and building projects comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and review project documentation related to quality assurance.
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits to monitor adherence to quality management systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager, preferably in the construction or building sector.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance/Control are a significant advantage.
