Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC plans and procedures for CCGT and other energy/water projects.
• Lead and manage a team of QA/QC engineers and inspectors, ensuring effective oversight of all quality control activities.
• Oversee and conduct regular inspections and audits of materials, equipment, and construction processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
• Ensure all project documentation, including inspection reports and test results, is accurately maintained and submitted.
• Identify potential quality issues, conduct root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with project management, engineering, and construction teams to ensure seamless integration of quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or equivalent) or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in QA/QC management, with significant exposure to large-scale power generation projects, particularly CCGT.
• In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant industry codes and practices.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team of quality professionals.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a meticulous attention to detail.
