Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and plans for mechanical installations.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with international standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of QA/QC inspectors and engineers on site.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of mechanical equipment, materials, and workmanship.
• Oversee the review and approval of vendor documentation and material certifications.
• Prepare comprehensive quality reports and liaise with clients and third-party inspectors.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a QA/QC Manager in mechanical systems, preferably within the oil & gas or energy EPC sector.
• Strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding project environment.
• Relevant professional certifications in Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) are highly desirable.
