Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quality control inspections for welding, NDT, and painting activities.
- Ensure all project work adheres to specified standards, codes (e.g., ASME, AWS, API), and client requirements.
- Document inspection findings thoroughly and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Identify any non-conformities or deviations and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with project teams and contractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality performance of contractors and vendors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QC Inspector with a focus on welding, NDT, and painting.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CSWIP, NDT Level II, FROSIO/NACE).
- Strong understanding of international industry codes, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a multicultural team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
