Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive QHSES assurance programs and strategies.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and report on QHSES performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate QHSES requirements throughout all project phases.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformances, recommending effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Promote a strong safety culture and environmental stewardship across all operations and sites.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in QHSES assurance roles, preferably within the energy or construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international QHSES management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in QHSES management software and data analysis for reporting.
