Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive QHSES assurance programs and strategies.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on QHSES performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate QHSES requirements throughout all project phases.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and non-conformances, recommending effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture and environmental stewardship across all operations and sites.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in QHSES assurance roles, preferably within the energy or construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of international QHSES management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in QHSES management software and data analysis for reporting.
