Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems and laboratory governance frameworks.
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and international certifications such as ISO.
• Oversee all aspects of laboratory operations, including equipment calibration, method validation, and data integrity.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in quality control and safety protocols.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on quality performance, governance metrics, and compliance status for senior management.
• Collaborate effectively with various departments to foster a strong culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality assurance, laboratory management, or a similar governance-focused role.
• Strong understanding of ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 22301) and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail for precise data analysis and reporting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration.
• Demonstrated capability to develop, implement, and manage effective quality control procedures.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for quality management and data tracking.
