Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and procedures.
  • Oversee and optimize quality control processes specifically within manufacturing environments.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of QA professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure product and process quality meets stringent standards.
  • Conduct thorough audits and analyses to proactively identify and address areas for improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality certifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a closely related technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance management roles.
  • Strong background in QA within the motor vehicle or industrial machinery manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven leadership capabilities with a track record of successfully managing and motivating teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decisive decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Czech languages is highly preferred for this regional role.
