Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement robust quality assurance protocols for peacebuilding programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate program activities and outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality standards throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Prepare detailed reports on QA findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to African Union guidelines and international standards in youth engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality assurance, project management, or M&E, preferably within a non-profit or international development context.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a diverse, multicultural team.
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing QA methodologies and tools.
