Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC plans and procedures for high-end villa and apartment construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, local building codes, and international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, BS, etc.).
- Perform site inspections, audits, and quality checks to ensure construction quality meets project requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate third-party testing laboratories for material and workmanship quality verification.
- Conduct concrete, steel reinforcement, waterproofing, finishing, and MEP system inspections.
- Maintain QA/QC records, test results, inspection reports, and material approval documents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 6+ years of QA/QC experience in luxury villa & apartment projects.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
- Familiarity with international construction standards (BS, ASTM, ACI, etc.).
- Experience in high-end finishes, MEP coordination.
- UAE Valid Driving license.
