Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily quality control operations to ensure compliance with Nestlé’s high standards.
- Implement and maintain robust quality management systems, including HACCP and ISO.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production lines and finished goods.
- Provide training and guidance to the quality assurance team.
- Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership and team supervision capabilities.
- Ability to analyze quality data and implement effective corrective actions.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
