Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire quality assurance and control system for pharmaceutical products.
• Develop and implement quality policies, standards, and procedures in line with international regulations.
• Oversee all aspects of product quality from raw materials to finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and other relevant quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality department.
• Manage and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in quality management within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, and other regulatory requirements (e.g., NMPA, FDA, EMA).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.
