Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure product quality standards are met for glass manufacturing processes.
  • Implement and monitor quality control procedures and systems.
  • Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials and finished products.
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation of quality processes and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in quality engineering or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant quality tools and methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
