Key Responsibilities
- Ensure product quality standards are met for glass manufacturing processes.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures and systems.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and tests on materials and finished products.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain documentation of quality processes and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quality engineering or quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant quality tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
